The Website/ cannot interfere and does not interfere with the payment gateway mechanism/tools/application. The Website has no access to the information that you may enter for making the payment through the payment gateway. Your transaction and banking details or other information as required for internet banking or other payment instruments are held by our Payment Gateway partner. By creating a link to a payment gateway, we do not endorse the payment gateway, nor are we liable for any failure of products or services offered by such a payment gateway. Such a payment gateway may have a privacy policy different from ours. All failures/errors/omissions of the payment gateway shall be solely on the payment gateway. You hereby consent that you shall not sue the Website for any disputes that you may have with the payment gateway for any wrongdoing of the payment gateway.

We accept all types of Credit Card or Debit Card - Visa / Master / American Express. All payments are non-refundable; items/goods purchased online cannot be changed/exchanged/returned, due to food safety/hygiene factors and the perishable nature of the products. If there is a discrepancy(s) in your order on quantity/quality/product, you will need to follow our order discrepancy process on our website as well as contact the store you purchased from directly via contact information provided by the store owners.

Only orders that are not prepared after placing them and confirmed by our supply partners and not made ready for pick up or delivery will be refunded in full to such customers facing such difficulties. We apologize for any inconvenience to you, but please bear with us and with our partners as this is an operation directed at uplifting our local community.

Payment Made by Credit/Debit Card/Web-based/Wallet-based/Mobile Cash

Customers are hereby kept informed and strongly advised to submit proper, clear and correct/factual information at all times with regard to the details you provide such as personal information, email addresses, contact details, communications addresses, delivery addresses, bank details and credit/debit card/web-based/wallet-based/mobile cash details. In the event finds or comes to know that the information provided by you is untrue, reserves the right to immediately inform/report to the relevant authorities of such cases. You are advised to ensure that you use an accepted, authentic and secure credit/debit card/web-based/wallet-based/mobile cash payment products, issued by a recognized bank. The use of a fraudulent credit/debit card or providing fraudulent credit/debit card details to register on our website or to purchase goods is illegal.

The use of a credit/debit card/web-based/wallet-based/mobile cash product that does not belong to you or providing credit/debit card/web-based/wallet-based/mobile cash product details that do not belong to you, to register on our website or to purchase goods using such cards is also illegal. If you are found engaged, engaging, or having had engaged in such activities, reserves the right to immediately inform/report of such cases to the relevant authorities. Incomplete and Erroneous Transactions

For any payment issues such as duplication of payments and erroneously entered payment made by you please contact your credit/debit card/web-based/wallet-based/mobile cash product provider/bank/financial institution to resolve such matters. will not take any responsibility for such events/transactions but will assist you in resolving such matters.

Cancellation Policy

We do not encourage any cancellations because when you place your order, our partners will have to prepare themselves to cater/supply to your order by purchasing items, scheduling their work, pre-preparing certain items, storage of raw ingredients, and so on. As this platform is to support the uplifting of your local community, we will not refund any canceled orders. Use our order planning and scheduling platform and plan your daily, weekly, monthly, or annual orders. Planning your orders will help you save time and money in the long run, not forgetting the load of stress off your shoulders.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping on (the "Platform"). Our platform allows independent vendors to sell their products to customers like you. Each vendor is responsible for their own returns and related matters, so please read their individual policies before making a purchase.
